Capilano Squadron

50th Anniversary Cruise - November 18, 2006.

As you all know by now, 2006 is our Squadron's 50th Anniversary. For this occasion we have cancelled our annual Bowen Island Excursion and our Christmas get together and will instead have a cruise on a "dinner-ship", the the "Sunset Bay II". This will be an amazing evening and you are encouraged to join.

For some of us it will be a long drive to the Plaza of Nations (especially back home!) so we are going to take our boats into False Creek for the evening. It is then a short hop to the Plaza and back and we will not have to worry about driving or getting a cab. Those that want can even continue the festivities on board!

Please contact me as soon as possible if you want to join the cruise and if you would prefer to anchor out in False Creek or stay over at one of the marinas.
