Summer shake-down, Plumper Cove May 16-19, 2008
April 1, 2007 - Student Cruise for Spring boating Students.
April 6-9, 2007 - Secret Cove, Smugglers Cove.
May 18-22, 2007 - Plumper Cove. - Cancelled - The docks were destroyed by winter storms and have not yet been replaced.
June 30 - July 8 - Canada Day in Buchard Gardens, Friday Harbor, Sucia Island.
August 2007 - Celebration of Light and False Creek Raftup.
Student Cruise - April 2006. The student cruise was cancelled due problems with one of the boats.
May 2006 - Princess Louisa - Cruise completed. I have added some pictures.
June 11, 2006 - Student Cruise. Completed.
July 1, 2006 - Winter Cove, Saturna Island roast. Completed.
July/August 2006 - Fireworks. Completed.
August 2006 - Comedy Club Cruise. Cancelled.
August 2006 - Desolation Sound. Second week in August. Completed.
September 2 - 4, 2006 - Pitt Lake. Completed.
Montague Harbour - We have just completed a weekend cruise to Montague and it's a great spot to spend a weekend. Very well protected, good holding grounds and lots to do for young and old.
Jazz Festival - In Vancouver between June 23 and July 2, 2006. There are several venues including a bunch of performances on Granville Island, both indoor and out. You may want to check it our for an evening or overnight cruise into False Creek. The permit issue has now been resolved and from August 1, 2006, you will need a permit to anchor in False Creek overnight or for more than 8 hours during the day. The permits are free and can be obtained from the Vancouver Boating Welcome Centre located at the False Creek Yacht Club. Here's the official City page for reference. or for more info, see here.
